Hochwald’s ultra-high heating process means that long-life milk can be kept without refrigeration when unopened. It is available with 3.5% fat in a practical 1-liter carton with screw cap and in a 0.5-liter carton for when you don’t need as much. And it isn’t just the taste of our milk that is so satisfying: our use of aluminum-free packaging means savings of more than 30% CO2 per carton. The sugar contained in our milk is naturally occurring lactose.
