One of the world’s leading food trade fairs, SIAL, will be taking place in Paris this year, from 15 to 19 October.

It is an international trade fair for the food industry and a fixed component on Hochwald’s exhibition calendar. The theme for this year’s trade fair is the motto #OwnTheChange. The focus here will be on the continued development of the food industry with respect to changing consumer habits, sustainability, inflation and similar. More than 7,000 exhibiting companies from around the world will be presenting to visitors in person four years after the last SIAL took place.
