Milk catchment area

Raw milk is supplied from eight German federal states and areas close to the border in French Lorraine, in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The milk, which is produced to a high level of quality, is processed into a wide range of dairy products. The milk is shipped to the different dairy plants depending on demand and/or method of utilisation. 
 
In peripheral regions and/or areas close to the border, milk is partly received from several dairies.
